For a Belgian bank, DataMondial converted 7 million bank files into an accessible digital archive with access to each account.
Our approach
A team has been established to carry out a comprehensive dematerialisation assignment. The challenge was in the work volume and the transition of information 100% on paper to 100% digital archive. The bank wanted digital access to the already processed information. That is why file indexation was part of a method that was not only aimed at volume and quality, but also at continuous tracking of the process.
